The quality of our repairs is second to none. In fact, the repairs are often difficult to spot which minimises depreciation upon resale. We know how important the performance of your kite is, which is why we will make sure that any repairs we do will not affect this.   We have taken the time to 'do it properly' and invested in top grade industrial sewing machines - the same as that are used in far east factories and only use UV stable threads specific for kites.

 The Kite repair system explained

Getting your kite repair could not be easier, the best way to send it is with Parcel Froce at your local Post office. This will cost around £13 for a 48 hour service or £18 for overnight (make sure you take everything but the kite out to save weight). Please dont forget to include your contact details, a brief description of the problem and an email adress if you wish to pay with paypal.  If you include a mobile number you will recieve a text message confirming the kite has arrived safely.  Once we get it repaired we will be in contact either with a Paypal invoice via email or if you perfer, by phone to take a credit card payment.  Once all that has been sorted out your kite will begin its free return journey to you with FedEx UK.  Provided we do not have to wait for a replacement part the whole process should take about a week.
